Metro Home Care, Inc. works closely with each patient’s physician to develop a personalized plan of care, with the patient and family actively participating in the recovery process. Our Registered Nurse Patient Care Coordinator oversees the implementation and continuity of care, ensuring seamless coordination among all care providers.
